Janet M. (Green) Greco

Prayers will be 10:30 Wednesday June 21, 2017 at the Fox Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11A.M. celebrated by Rev.Marian Babjak at St. Charles Church, for Janet M. Greco, 68 of Boardman who passed away peacefully June 8. after a courageous 5 year battle with Cancer.

  Janet was born January 19, 1949 in Youngstown a daughter of William J. and the late Eileen E. McCooey Green.

 She was a 1967 graduate of Boardman High School.  Janet was a devoted wife, mother and NaNa. She was a member of St. Charles Church and took great pride in volunteering for the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts with the Red Cross.

  Janet leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 49 years and 9 months, David W.Greco, whom she married Sept 23, 1967, her father and stepmother William J (Anita) Green of Poland, two daughters Michelle M.(William) Elders of Columbus and Christine L. (Gregory) Osgood of Livonia, Michigan, sister Judith LaCivita of Boardman,  brother John Green of Boardman, and three grandchildren Megan Elders, Quinn Osgood (Fiance’ Laura Bossio) and Madelynn Osgood.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 Tuesday and from 9:30 to 10:30 Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman
