Billy,
Thank you for being a friend and mentor during my 8 years at Boardman fire dept.
Your counsel and friendship was often remembered when I became Chief of my department and thought back to how I arrived there.
The example you showed, the advice you and others gave allowed me to take all my firefighters home safely from each fire, crash and EMS call during my time as Chief.
I now wish you that safe journey to the Firehouse above where I know you will be welcomed. God bless
