Billie I. Wittenauer

 A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Philip Rogers at 11 A.M. Saturday at St. Charles Church, Boardman ,for Billie I. Wittenauer ,who passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon.  She was born July 19,1921 in  Barberton, a daughter of Austin and Clara Mumford Fox.  She was a graduate of Liberty High School and worked along side her husband with his construction business.  Billie was a member of St. Charles Church and enjoyed flower gardening ,feeding birds and spending time with her loving family. She was an excellent baker and came from a long line of bakers, and she shared that with her family.  Her husband Bernard F. Wittenauer, whom she married November 11, 1941, passed away September 20, 2010.     She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters  Patricia (John) McGarrity of Munster, Indiana, Linda (Marty Berendt,Jr) Wittenauer of Youngstown and Kimberly (Joseph) Kengor of Canfield, six grandchildren Kelly Rodgers, Michael McGarrity, Scott Calfee, Christopher Calfee, Corey Ballantyne and Marianne Ballantyne, seven great grandchildren Katie Rodgers, Ellie McGarrity ,Taylor Calfee, Brandon Calfee, Brian Skaggs ,Lynsie Davis and Rowan Magee  and two great great grandchildren, Sophia Branch and Isabella Skaggs.. Besides her husband, Billie is preceded in death by a brother Arden Fox.   Friends may call from 10 to 10:50 Saturday at St. Charles Church, Boardman.  Material tributes can be made in Billie’s memory to the Audubon Society of the Mahoning Valley, P.O .Box 3214, Boardman, Ohio  44512.
