Kurt Allen Lemke

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 7pm officiated by Rev. Edward P. Noga at Fox Funeral Home for Kurt Allen Lemke, 38, who passed away  Monday, April 29, 2019. 

Kurt was born April 28, 1981, a son of Keith A. and Mary Ann Detec Lemke.

 A 1999 Austintown Fitch graduate, he earned an Associates Degree in I.T. from Youngstown State University. Being a sports enthusiast, he played football while at Fitch High School, and was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavilers and the Detroit Lions, he also enjoyed fishing.  Kurt worked several IT jobs as well as currently in quality control at Wheatland Tube.  He attended St. Maron Church when he was growing up.  Above all, his girls were his life. Whether it be dancing to “just dance,” attending recitals, eating at Bob Evans or playing in the park, they loved spending time together. To know Kurt was to love him.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, twins daughters Emma Marie and Ella Rose, and Eva Cecilia Lemke;  his parents; sisters Stephanie Sue (Nate) Hamilla of Slippery Rock, Stacie Ann (Tom) Lawson of Cortland, Ashlee Lynn (Aaron) Lime of Strongsville; brother Craig Ryan Lemke of  Watertown, WI.; nieces and nephews Kali, Ethan, Joshua, Jonathan, Austin, and Ashlynn; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He also leaves the mother of his children, Jennifer Chance Lemke.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 6:45pm on Thursday, May 2 at Fox Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. in Boardman.
