Marie Catherine (Joyce) Trimble

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 23, 2018 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church 4490 Norquest Blvd. Austintown, for Marie Catherine Joyce Trimble, 73, of Las Vegas NV., formally of Boardman.

Marie passed away on Thursday May 31, 2018 at Spring Valley Hospital after complications from surgery.

Marie was born in Youngstown on April 21, 1945 she was the daughter of John and Marie Joyce.

She was a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and Youngstown State University. She worked at D&E in Austintown for 14 years before moving to Las Vegas in 1992, where she then worked as an executive slot host for 16 years. She was a big Pittsburgh Steeler fan, and enjoyed bowling, music and dancing.

Marie was very loving and caring person, she was known for her beautiful smile and personality.

She leaves behind to cherish her precious memories her lifelong companion of 40 years Billy Nail of Las Vegas, her daughter Marie (Mel) Bowen a son Joey (Melanie) Trimble of Davie Florida and four grandchildren Angelia Latone, Ashleigh Trimble, Travis Lupton and Zack Bowen.

Besides her parents Marie was preceded in death by her two brothers Billy and John Joyce Jr. and her grandson Dylan Lupton.

Family and friends may call at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday prior to mass.

In Lieu of flowers Marie’s family is asking for memorial tributes to be made to the family.
