Funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Steve Rhodes at 2 P.M. Friday at Bethel Friends Church, Poland for Barbara Ann Partlow, 75 of Canfield, who passed away Friday evening with her family by her side.    Barbara was born December 15, 1941 in Salem, Ohio, a daughter of the late Floyd and Marion Nupp Robertson.   She was a longtime employee for the Boardman Schools, first working at the high school and then as the head custodian at West Blvd. Elementary. Barbara was a member of Bethel Friends Church and loved spending time with her family.   Besides her husband Robert H. Partlow, Sr., whom she married February 27, 1960 she leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter Donna Jean Partlow, a son Bobby Partlow, Jr., brothers Bill Robertson her twin, Gary Robertson and Richard Robertson, two grandsons; Jonathan Fulk and Justin Fulk, and a great grandson Nathanial Fulk.
