Funeral services will be 12 Noon Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, officiated by Pastor Russ Adams for Carol S. Geer, 74 who passed away peacefully Tuesday morning. Carol was born December 24,1943 in Dunkirk, New York, a daughter of Clyde and Wilma Hughes Palmer.  Carol moved to the area in 1956 and graduated from McDonald High School.  She worked at Lariccia's Italian Foods for 13 years and retired from Corcoran Sparkle Market in 1995.  Carol was a member of Meander Eagles #3298.     She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters Helena (Douglas) Chandler of Boardman and Georgia Fotou of Austintown, two sisters Ricky Miller of Xenia, and Nancy Manente of Mineral Ridge, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Besides her parents, Carol is preceded by a companion Thomas Makar and a sister Lynn Morris.  Friends may call from 11 to 12 Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home, 4700  Market St. Boardman.
