Carol Lee Jones, 75 BOARDMAN -Carol Lee Jones, 75 passed away early Saturday morning at Hospice House. Carol was born June 26, 1939 in Youngstown a daughter of the late Charles and Hazel Wollet Richmond and has been a lifelong area resident. She graduated from The Rayen School and worked many years as a telephone operator for Ohio Bell Telephone Company and was also a homemaker. Carol was very artistic, she painted china, enjoyed many other crafts such as quilting, cross stich and sewing. She entered many of her projects in the Fine Arts Booth at the Canfield Fair and received many blue ribbons. She will be greatly missed by her husband John F. Jones whom she married September 15, 1962 at St. Patrick's Church. She will also be missed by her two sons Jeffrey A. (Valerie) Jones of Boardman, Greg W. (Melanie) Jones of Poland; her step-father, Nicolas Maine of Canfield; her sister Holly Porada of North lima; and her six grandchildren, Garrett, Travis, Nadine, Jordan, Justin and Braxton. Her family requests that any monetary donations be made in Carol's memory to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St. Boardman, OH 44512.
