Carol departed this life on Sunday, June 19, 2016. She was born January 19, 1938 in Youngstown. She attended Villa Maria High School and worked in accounting at various banks throughout her career. Carol loved shopping, planting flower gardens and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her two children, a daughter, Carol LaManna of Struthers, and a son, Carmine (Melissa) LaManna of Boardman; her grandchildren, Tara LaManna of Poland, Michael LaManna of Deerfield Beach, FL, Melena LaManna and Carmine LaManna of Boardman. She will also be greatly missed by her brother, Bob Kovac and sister-in-law Kathy of Virginia. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sue Masluk and step-father, James Masluk. There will be no calling hours based on Carol's wishes. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery where a private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements made by Edward J.
