Boardman Catherine M. Cullinan Dyer, 92 With her family at her side Catherine passed away Thursday at the Hospice House. She was born January 22, 1918 in Youngstown a daughter of John and Elizabeth Walther Albright and the last Survivor of her six siblings. She was a dedicated homemaker and business woman and was active for many years in volunteer work. Catherine served as a Campfire and Girl Scout leader, a section leader for the Community Chest and was involved in heart and cancer drives, participating in a national five year study for cancer research. She served as President and Vice President of the Boardman Optiqueens from 1966 to 1970. She owned and operated an Isaly Dairy on the West Side of Youngstown. Catherine was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, the Bears Club, the Saxon Club and the Southside Bridge Club. Her most cherished past times were playing bridge, gardening, sewing and cooking. Catherine married Jimmy Cullinan, now deceased in 1939 and they had three daughters. She is survived by her husband George Dyer, whom she married in 1973, two daughters Patricia Tisone of Cincinnati, Ohio and Kathleen Gabriel of Canfield., four grandchildren Shannon Hubert, Frank James Hubert, Jr., Catherine Tisone and Gregory Tisone, two great grandchildren Cole Kraisig and Kaylee Hubert. Besides her first husband Catherine is preceded in death by her daughter Judith Hubert who passed away in 2007. Funeral Services will be 10 A.M. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, friends may call 5 to 7 Sunday at the Funeral Home.
