BOARDMAN-Catherine Restle, 93 Private Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home for Catherine Restle who passed away Tuesday afternoon at her residence surrounded by her family. Catherine was born December 4, 1922 in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Mary Vagana Dutko and was a life-long area resident. She graduated from Campbell Memorial High School with the Class of 1940 and assisted the war time effort by working in a factory as a Rosie the Riviter. Catherine spent most of her life as a homemaker where she loved spending time with her family and also enjoyed gardening. She was a member of St. Charles parish. Her husband Warren L. Restle whom she married on November 30, 1946 died on April 30, 1964 after 17 years of marriage. Catherine leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, David (Christine) Restle of Boardman, Jeffrey (Loretta) Restle with whom she made her home in Boardman; two grandchildren, Jessica (Matt) Beany of Marysville, Scott (Amy Kaloci) Restle of McDonald; five great-grandchildren, Aubry, Isabella, Evan, Gavin, Haley. Besides her parents and her husband, Catherine is preceded in death by a great-grandchild Isaiah Kaloci-Restle; four brothers, John, Michael, Steve and Joseph Dutko; five sisters, Mary Stanislaw, Ann Elias, Helen Kraynak, Martha Dutko and Agnes Waters.
