Cathy Polito Uehlinger, 62 MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Gerald Delucia at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Luke Church in Boardman, for Cathy Polito Uehlinger, 62, formerly of Boardman, who passed away peacefully Thursday morning in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Cathy was born Oct. 1, 1953, in Youngstown, daughter of Rocco Anthony and Rose DiTecco Gallagher Polito. Cathy was a 1971 graduate of Wilson High School , and a former member of St. Luke Parish. Besides her husband, Richard A. Uehlinger, whom she married Aug. 1, 1981, she leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Caly Uehlinger of Myrtle Beach; two sisters, Heidi (James) Cardascia and Jackie (Richard) Cardascia both of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and great-nephews. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are being handled by the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman.
