CHARLOTTE MAE THORNHILL, 81 PAINSVILLE - There will be prayers at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Saint Patrick Church in Youngstown, Celebrated by the Rev. Edward P. Noga for Charlotte Mae Jennings-Thornhill, 81. Mrs. Charlotte Mae Jennings-Thornhill was born April 21, 1930, in Youngstown daughter of Monroe Jennings and Vivian Gladys David Jennings. She passed away surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren on Aug. 2, 2011, at Mentor Way Nursing Home. Charlotte was a homemaker and belonged to St. Patrick's Church. Surviving Charlotte are her daughters, Mrs. Vivian Littlejohn of British Columbia, Canada, Mrs. Margie I. Daatadeen of Painsville, Mrs. Rudapierrie Loder of Brantford, Ontario, Canada and Laura Thompson-Moore of Columbus. Charlotte also has a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren in both the U.S. and Canada. She is also survived by her brothers, Monroe Loren Jennings and Ronald Jennings, both of Warren. Besides her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Thornhill. Our mother, grandmother, sister, family and friend, will be missed and loved by all. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman.
