Cynthia L. Markovsky, 52 BOARDMAN - Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, for Cynthia L. Markovsky, 52, who passed away Monday morning. Cynthia was born Oct. 11, 1958, in Akron, a daughter of Thomas and Patricia Ann Dailey Salata. She was a 1976 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. Cynthia worked at J.C. Penneys and was recently working at Target in Boardman. She loved music, her dogs and spending time with her family. Her husband, David, whom she married Oct. 9, 1982, passed away Oct. 27, 2006. She leaves to cherish her memory, a brother, Stephen (Dawn) Salata of Franklin, Pa.; a sister, Sandra (John) Rongo of Hubbard; a brother-in-law, Pat Reynolds of Tampa, Fla.; three nephews, Chad Snyder, Cory Rongo and Tyler Reynolds; and two step daughters, Nicole Sameit and Monique Prato. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Reynolds. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman.
