There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman, officiated by Pastor Margaret Fox for Darlene M. Burrows Ponzi, 68, who passed away on Monday at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Darlene was born July 30, 1948, in Youngstown, a daughter of Powell E. and Mary Theresa Sheridan Burrows. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School with the class of 1966. Darlene was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Perrysburg, Oh. she was involved in their Bible Study at the Church, she was also a 50 year auxiliary member of V.F.W., 1423. Darlene was a home health aide, her hobbies included: walking, antique cars, shopping and listening to music. She Leaves to cherish her memory, her brother Richard ( Joann ) Burrows of Mineral Ridge and her sister Noreen Burrows of Youngstown, her niece Dawn and nephew Joe and her great niece Alyasa. Darlene will also be sadly missed by her very dear friends, Patty and Tony Lehrman, Vera Pesci & family, Kathy Jarosz, Selinda Schultz and Kate & Tim Bell. Her aunts and uncles; Rita Sheridan, Nora Larsan, John and Mary Sheridan, Mike and Judy Sheridan, Bob and Janice Burrows and Joann Burrows, and several cousins.
