BOARDMAN- Dennis "Dino" John Ruse,60 There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Victory Christian Center, 8590 Hitchcock Rd, Boardman, 44512 officiated by Pastor Mark Cuprik for Dennis "Dino" John Ruse, 60 , who passed away unexpectedly Friday at his office. Dennis was born December 19,1955 in Youngstown, a son of Donald and Jeanette Herman Ruse and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Chaney High School with the Class of 1974 and graduated from the Youngstown College of Massotherapy in 1990. He owned and operated Ruse's Massotherapy Centre for the last 26 years, where through his love of people and incredible skill he was able to help and heal many patients. Prior to his work as a massage therapist, he held positions at Dow Chemical, Youngstown Hard Chrome, and the Youngstown's Sheriffs department. He belonged to Greater Life Church and Victory Christian Center, Boardman Campus. Dino participated in boxing at an early age where he won a silver medal in Cincinatti, OH. He also was named Mr. Youngstown in 1987 in "Body Building Competition". He was on the Board of Directors for the Italian Scholarship Foundation. Dino loved socializing with people, was an avid golfer and loved spending time with his family and visiting the beach. He will be sadly missed by his wife the former Pam Razo whom he married on September 2, 2010. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother Jeannette Ruse of Youngstown; his son, Dennis (Jessica) Ruse of Canfield; his daughters, Gina Ruse of Youngstown, Ashley (Chris) Russo of Columbus, April Ruse (fiance' Patrick McKee) of Columbus; his stepchildren, Doug Melquist of Poland, Jessica (Shane) Pelanda of Poland, April (Ryan) Helfrick of St. Pete,FL.; two grandchildren , Lyla and Lauren Rulli of Canfield; two brothers, Jeffrey (Marcia) Ruse of Canfield , Kenneth (Debra) Ruse of Boardman and several nieces and nephews. Dennis was preceded in death by his father Donald Ruse and both maternal and paternal grandparents. Friends may call from 4 p.m.to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fox Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
