There will be a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Church in Youngstown, Celebrated by Rev. Edward P. Noga for Donald E. " Don" Sharpe, 77, who passed November 19, 2016 at his residence in New Port Richey, Florida. Don was born September 1, 1939 in Youngstown, a son of the late Benjamin and Mabel Potter Sharpe. He had a twin brother, and was one of 13 Children, Six brothers and Six Sisters. Don worked at Youngstown Sheet & Tube for 26 years and for Youngstown City Schools as a Bus Driver. He retired from Pasco County Fla. school system. Don was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Hudson Fla., he was a past member & Governor of the 'Moose Lodge" in Youngstown, Oh., and Tarpon Springs Fla. He will be sadly missed by his Daughters Debra Jones of San Diego, CA. and Cathy ( Robert ) Fellman of Boardman. His Sons William ( Mary ) Sharpe of Youngstown; Michael ( Zoeann ) Sharpe of Poland; Ronald ( Mary ) Sharpe of Struthers and Daughter in Law Jeanine Sharpe - Nye of Canfield. He also leaves 19 grandchildren, Jason & Nick Sharpe; Chris Hunter; Kyle Jones; John Stanko; Robbie Fellman; Tyler & Collin Sharpe; Katie, Laura & Jason Sharpe; Kristin McCurdy; Justin & Liam Sharpe; Adam Nye; Chole & Tessa Snider; Maggie & Donovan Sharpe and three great - grandchildren . He also leaves behind his former wife and lifelong friend Mary V. Sharpe. Besides his parents Don was preceded in death by his son Donald J. Sharpe. There are no Calling Hours.
