Evelyn M. Ogilvie, 87 BOARDMAN-- Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bethel Lutheran Church with Reverend Bret Rizzo officiating for Evelyn M.Ogilvie, 87, who died Monday morning at Assumption Village. Evelyn was born July 31, 1921 in Youngstown, a daughter of Uno William and Betty Peterson Lundin and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a 1939 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Evelyn was a homemaker, belonged to Bethel Lutheran Church, where she was also a member of their Ladies Society. Her husband, Leroy F. Ogilvie, whom she married August 29, 1940, died November 12, 2008 after celebrating their 68th wedding anniversary. Evelyn will be sadly missed by a daughter-in-law, Jaclyn Ogilvie of Boardman; a sister Sonya Guild of Glendale,AZ; two grandchildren, D.J. (Toni) Ogilvie and Gwen (Dan) Pallante both of Boardman; and eight great grandchildren. Besides her husband and her parents she was preceded in death by her son David W. Ogilvie who passed away May 23, 1988. Friends may call 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Dr., Boardman, OH one hour prior to the service.
