Florence A. O'Connor, 81 YOUNGSTOWN – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev Richard Murphy at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward Church, Youngstown, for Florence A. O'Connor, 81, who passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon. The daughter of James and Mary Casey McNicholas, she was born Nov. 4, 1932, in Youngstown. She was a graduate of St. Anne's School and Ursuline, Class of 1950. Prior to her marriage, Florence was a secretary at Automatic Sprinkler. Florence was a member of St. Edward Church and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Thomas J. O'Connor, whom she married June 21, 1958; a daughter, Karen A. O'Connor of Poland; a son, Thomas J. O'Connor of Youngstown; a sister, Marion Kosinski of Youngstown; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, James McNicholas; and sister, Kathryn Mary O'Hara. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward Church.
