Obituary

Frank Leonard Bosela Sr. Sometime around seven p.m. on May 30th, 2013 and after 30,398 days on Gods earth, Francis Leonard Bosela joined his creator as well as his wife Jean of fifty plus years who preceded him in death eight years ago. He leaves behind two sons, Frank Jr. (Toni) of Ft Laurderdale, Fl and James (Joelle) of Columbiana. Frank was the long time owner of Wick Motors in Youngstown and then in Boardman. He started his career in 1948 as the co-owner of Acme Motors with his brother John. In business for over sixty years, his passion and success with selling cars provided for him and his family throughout both the good and the bad times our Valley has experienced and as he always said, "Everybody Drives a Used Car". At the age of 17, he enlisted in the United States Navy and served as a SeaBee during WW II in Okinawa. Throughout his life he could always be counted on for an upbeat outlook, was quick to laugh and would bring a smile to all those around him. While there are too many good times to recount with both family and friends, some of his favorite moments were spent at the side of a craps table in casinos around the country. Frank also leaves eight grandchildren, and six great grand children, with one in the oven! Calling hours will be from 4-7 Friday at the Fox funeral home in Boardman and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Edwards Church at 11:30 Saturday. So it goes.
