Frank Lawrence Quinn III, 73, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away on May 29, 2020.  He was born on November 25, 1946, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Frank L. Quinn, Jr. and Mary Lou Friedman Quinn.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Lou Quinn; brother, Tim Quinn; and sister-in-law, Debbie Quinn.  He is survived by his sister, Noreen Brock and husband Jim of Round Rock; nieces, Katie Cushman and husband Nick of College Station, TX and Christie Luis and husband Brian of Katy, TX; great nieces and nephew, Ashlyn, Addison and Brock Luis.

He loved first and foremost his family and many very dear lifelong friends. He moved to Texas in 2009 to be closer to family.  He was a great conversationalist and loved to share stories of growing up and working in Ohio.  He had a very sharp mind and loved sports, history and playing trivia games.

Frank attended St. Charles and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and his master's degree from the University of Dayton.  He was retired from the US Air Force civil service.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 6, 2021, at Fox Funeral Home  in Boardman.  He will be interred in Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, Ohio, next to his parents and brother.
