Fullerman, Franklin J., 58 DALLAS--- Passed away on December 5, 2008. Beloved son of Sylvia Fullerman of Boardman, OH and the late Joseph Fullerman. Graduate of U. of Chicago with MA in Social Work and a BA in Political Science from Oberlein. He had great compassion for children and worked to promote children's rights and worked closely with child protective services. Franklin's passion was writing. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many close friends. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, OH.
