Gail L. Gorgas Klotz, 72 MINERAL RIDGE - A memorial service will be at noon on Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman for Gail L. Gorgas Klotz, 72, who passed away peacefully Saturday morning. Gail was born Jan. 30, 1941, in Youngstown, a daughter of Henry L. and Edith M. Evans Gorgas Sr. She was a Boardman High School graduate and attended Youngstown State Dana school of Music. Gail was a self employed piano teacher for many years, teaching many young children in the area. Gail was a member of the Boardman United Methodist church, Mary's Circle and belonged to the National Guild of Piano Teachers. She loved art and music and history. Her husband, Edward Klotz, whom she married Dec. 17, 1977, passed away April 20, 1993. Gail leaves to cherish her memory, her brother, Henry L. (Arlene) Gorgas Jr. of Carlton, Ore. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Susan Gorgas (Chris Van Raden), Donna Gorgas, Henry L. "Randy" (Sherry) Gorgas III, Troy Gorgas, and Christopher Gorgas. Gail will be very missed by several close friends. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home.
