Scottsdale, AZ.- Genevieve R. Johnson, 89 There will be a Memorial Mass officiated by Rev. Philip Rogers at 11:00 A.M. Friday at St. Charles Church in Boardman for Genevieve R. Johnson, 89 formerly of Boardman who passed away Saturday at Hospice of the Valley , Eckstein Center Scottsdale,AZ. Genevieve was born April 15,1921 in Youngstown a daughter of Michael and Anne Repasky Batcha and has been an area resident for most of her life. She graduated from Wilson High School with the Class of 1939 and did secretarial work with the Printz Company. She was a member of St. Charles parish and enjoyed playing golf and bridge. Genevieve's husband Howard G. Johnson whom she married September 6, 1948 died November 14, 2002. She also leaves to cherish her memory her son David W. (Claudia) Johnson of Fountain Hills, AZ; a sister Ruth Zabel of Broadway, NC and a brother George Batcha of Winchester,VA., and neiecs and nephews through out the country. Friends may call 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Charles prior to the service.
