YOUNGSTOWN-Hector Castro,68 Funeral Services will be 1p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home for Hector Castro who passed away Monday morning at his home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness. Hector was born November 12, 1947 in Puerto Rico a son of the late Pedro and Monserrate Alago Castro and moved to the Youngstown area in 1997. He worked as a district manager for Hess Gas Company. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his friends at Eastside Civic and Last Call. Hector is survived by his wife Robin Baringer Castro whom he married on September 20, 2008. He also leaves his daughter Cheryl, his step-children Robert, Moreno, Michael Hill, Ashley Moreno all of Boardman; his grand children Ava, Eric and Isaiah; his sister Virginia Viera of Boardman and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Hector is preceded in death by a brother Pete Castro. Friends may call from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
