Prayers will be 10:30 Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. Philip Rogers at 11A.M. at St. Charles Church, Boardman  for Helen D. Liberato, 94 of the Villages, Florida, formerly of Boardman, who passed away peacefully Saturday morning.

Helen was born Sept 5, 1922 in Youngstown, a daughter of Antonio and Francesca Tina Adams.  She worked at J.C. Penneys at the Boardman Plaza and then was the manager of the Village Dress Shop, which became  Inos, also located at the Boardman Plaza.  Helen was a member of St. Charles Church, Tippecanoe Country Club and the Dance Club.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and walks in Mill Creek Park.  Her husband Nick J. Liberato, whom she married October 4, 1941, passed away Sept 2, 2011.

She leaves to cherish her memory , her son William (Fiancee Karen Cleary) Liberato of the Villages, Florida.  Besides her husband, Helen is preceded in death by four brothers Nick, Fred, Phil and Perry Adams and two sisters Rose Rano and Jennie Tisone-Tarica.

Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
