Helen L. Zoldan, 84 BOARDMAN - Funeral services will be at noon Thursday at Ohev Tzedek Temple for Helen L. Zoldan, 84, who passed away Monday afternoon. Helen was born Nov. 25, 1926, in Youngstown, a daughter of James W. and Frances Fitch Barnes Sr. She was a 1944 graduate of Ursuline High School and attended Youngstown College. Prior to her marriage to her husband, Jack she worked at Associates Financial , she then went to work for her son-in-law as the office manager at Thermcoz. Helen was a member of Ohev Tzedek Temple and was a founding member of the Driftwood Garden Club. Her husband, Jack Zoldan, whom she married Nov. 5, 1955, passed away April 27, 1997. She leaves to cherish her memory, four children, Neal E. (Lisa) Zoldan of New Springfield, Suzanne (David) Cicozi of Austintown, Nancy R. Zoldan of Boardman and Scott M. (Bethann) Zoldan of Canfield; and six grandchildren, Kate Cicozi, Nicole Cicozi, Jacquelyn Cicozi, Noah Zoldan, Abigail Zoldan and Lillianne Zoldan. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Grace Barnes and Frances DeCarlis; a brother, James W. Barnes Jr.; and a nephew, James W. Barnes III. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at Ohev Tzedek Temple.
