Prayers will be 9:30 Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Dominic Church, Youngstown, for Howard L. Scheetz, 77 of Boardman, who passed away peacefully Wednesday evening. Howard was born May 11, 1939 in Youngstown, a son of Paul and Margaret Voitus Scheetz. He was a 1957 graduate of Boardman High School and spent most of his career at the Campbell Works of the Youngstown Sheet & Tube. After the plant closed, Howard went to work for Homestead Restoration. He was devote member of St. Dominic Church, Altar Rosary and Infant Jesus of Prague Guild. Howard served in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Essex aircraft carrier. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife the former Mary Carol Franklin, whom he married May 29, 1965, a son Ken Scheetz of Boardman, a daughter Kathleen (Keith) Masterson of Mineral Ridge and a grand daughter Grace Masterson. Besides his parents, Howard is preceded in death by two sisters Eileen Long and Cynthia Scheetz. Friends may call from 2 to 6 Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman
