Isabell F. Parks, 82 BOARDMAN--Prayers will begin at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. in Saint Charles Church, celebrated by Father Philip Rogers for Isabell F. Parks, 82, who passed away Thursday evening at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Isabell was born April 12, 1927, in Youngstown, a daughter of Harry M. and Isabell McGonnell Parks. She attended South High School and worked as a cook at the Downtown Woolworth Store. She is survived by her brother, Donald Parks of Boardman; two sister-in-laws, Algia Parks of Liberty, Gundy Parks of Youngstown, her special care givers, Colleen (Cyril) De Chant and their daughters, Danielle and Jacqueline of Girard and several other nieces and nephews. Isabell was preceded in death by her four brothers, James Parks, Harry Parks, George Parks, Robert P. Parks ; and a sister Joan T. Parks. The family wishes to thank the staff at Ron Joy Nursing Home for the loving care they showed Isabell. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
