Poland-Jacob Patrick Soubeyrand, 6 Prayers will be at 9:15 on Friday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Austintown celebrated by the Rev. Gregory Fedor for Jacob Patrick Soubeyrand, 6 who passed away peacefully Monday morning at Akron Children's Hospital. Jacob was born January 2, 2007, in Youngstown, one of three sons of Michael and Kathleen Dolphin Soubeyrand and was baptized at St. Joseph's Church. Jacob was one of the bravest boys and no matter how many adversities he faced he had a smile on his face and put one on those around him. Those who have had the honor of knowing Jacob ,will be forever changed. His gentle touch and twinkly eyes will remain embedded in our hearts forever. So many lessons in life were taught by one little boy,without ever a spoken word. May you rest in peace our sweet Jaker. Besides his parents, he will be sadly missed by his two brothers, Nathan and Max of Poland ; two great grandmothers, Anne M. Schuler and Mary Sokol; maternal grandparents, Craig and Kathleen Dolphin of New Middletown; paternal grandparents, Bill and Kathy Soubeyrand of Austintown; aunts and uncles, Carolyn (Jerry) Latronica of New Middletown, Richard Dolphin of New Middletown, Christine (Steve) Solis of Austintown, Cheryl (Dr. John) Gentile of Columbus, Jeffrey Dolphin of New Middletown, Diane Dolphin of Boardman, Patrick Dolphin of New Middletown, Gail (Lou) Fossessca of Austintown and several cousins.
