James P. Ramsey, 52 YOUNGSTOWN - James P. Ramsey, 52, passed away peacefully Saturday morning. James was born Aug. 11, 1961, in Youngstown, a son of Thomas and Norma Wright Ramsey. He attended Wilson High School and was a baker for Landmark Restaurant. James was a Army veteran. He leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters, Christine Moschella of Youngstown, Regina (Larry) Juergens of Mount Vernon, and Janice Ramsey of Youngstown; a brother, Kenneth Ramsey of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, James was preceded in death by a brother, David Ramsey; and a niece, Precious Ramsey. There are no calling hours or funeral services. Burial will be at Lake Park Cemetery.
