Joan Langley Welsh, 74 BOARDMAN - Prayers will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home Boardman, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by the Rev Edward Noga at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick Church, Youngstown, for Joan Langley Welsh, 74, who passed away Saturday morning. Joan was born Sept. 22, 1936, in Cleveland, daughter of the former Sheriff Paul J. and Mildred Harris Langley. She was a 1954 Ursuline graduate. Joan was a LPN working in the nursery at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and loved being a wife, mom and grandma. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, T. Gordon Welsh, whom she married June 30, 1956; three sons, Paul L. Welsh of Boardman, Atty. Timothy G. (Kathi) Welsh of Boardman and M. Kurt Welsh of Youngstown; a sister, Carol (William) Crawford of Canfield; a grandson, Timothy P. Welsh, a freshman at Kent State; several nieces and nephews; and three close friends, Isabelle Borowski, Dorothy Rousher and Mary Ann Fees. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman. Material tributes can be made in Joan's memory to St. Patrick Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown
