JoHanna J. "Nan" Welsh, 86 POLAND - A mass of Christian Burial, celebrated by Rev. Edward P. Noga, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday for JoHanna J. "Nan" Welsh, 86, who passed away Thursday evening at the Hospice House. JoHanna was born Nov. 8, 1928, in Youngstown, a daughter of James and Frances Bucy Welsh. She was a 1946 graduate of Ursuline High School and worked for Republic Steel as a clerk for 35 years retiring in 1985. Johanna was a member of St. Luke church. She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister, Virginia Manion of Masury, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Johanna was preceded in death by three brothers, Henry Miller, Jack and James Welsh; and five sisters, Beulah O'Brian, Grace Warner, Margaret Mary Welsh, Alma Poprocky and Sally Cummings. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
