John P. "Toby" Premozich Sr., 86 YOUNGSTOWN- There will be private services for John P. "Toby" Premozich Sr., 86 who died Sunday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Toby was born February 9, 1920, in Youngstown, the son of Nicholas and Angeline Boktie Premozich and was a lifelong area resident. He attended Wilson High School, joined the Army and was a survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor. He retired from Aeroquip after 25 years of service. He leaves his wife, Charlotte Premozich, whom he married at St. Stephen of Hungary Church on September 18, 1947; three sons, Daniel Premozich of North Lima, John (Lori) Premozich Jr. of New Middletown, Nicholas Premozich also of North Lima; two daughters, Charlotte (Jack) Laverie of Palm Harbor, FL, Penny Jackson of Boardman; a sister Kathy Hart of Austintown; and four grandchildren, Jack Laverie III, Erica Jackson, Caitlin Premozich and Kelly Premozich. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Premozich and two sisters, Barbara Nut and Mary Zarich. Arrangements have been handled by Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
