Joseph J. Kaluza, 49 YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Monday at the Paradise Church, 10020 New Buffalo Road, officiated by Pastor David Parry, for Joseph J,. Kaluza, 49, who passed away Thursday afternoon. Joseph was born June 12, 1965, in Salem, a son of Joseph J. and Esther R. Rummel Kaluza. He was a 1983 graduate of Canfield High School. Joe was the former owner of Fast Eddie's in Austintown, before going into the restaurant business, where he was the manager of Sbarro's and Kentucky Fried Chicken at the Belmont and South Avenue locations. On March 24, 2008, he was injured and was unable to work. Despite his injuries, he loved to go out to dinner, shop and play poker on his computer. His wife, the former Lisa Ann Constantino, whom he married April 26, 1985, passed away Feb. 17, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Esther R. Kaluza of Canfield; a son, Joshua J. Kaluza of the Youngstown Developmental Center of Youngstown; a daughter, Tiffany M. Kaluza of Youngstown; a sister, Anna (Aaron Jackson) Fitzgerald of North Lima; two nephews, Tyler Paul Fitzgerald of Cleveland and Jason Allen (Lindsey) Fitzgerald of Salem; and a great-niece, Dezarae Lynn Fitzgerald of Salem. Besides his wife, Joseph was preceded in the by his father. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, and from 10 to 11 a.m., Monday, at the Paradise Church.
