Joseph G. "Moke" Drennen, 89 AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be at noon, Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman, for Joseph G. "Moke" Drennen, 89 of Austintown, who passed away peacefully Thursday morning. Joseph was born June 11, 1925, in Youngstown, a son of Joseph and Anna Garrett Drennen. He attended South High School and was a union glazier. Joseph was a member of the Fraternal order of Eagles No. 3298. His wife, the former Maxine E. Snyder, passed away March 9, 2003. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters-in-law, Jan Miller and Georgia Velly, both of Austintown; several nieces and nephews, including Joseph (Laurie) Keller of Austintown.. Besides his wife, Joseph was preceded in death by a brother, William (Dellora) Drennen, and three sisters, Dorothy (Stu) Crane, Ruth (Harry) Smith and Katherine (John) McGarry. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday and from 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.. Joseph's family thanks all the staff at Hospice of the Valley and Briarfield Manor for the love and support given to Joseph.
