Judith Bartholomew Noble passed away February 21, 2024, at Lakeside Meadows in Osage Beach, Missouri. She was born on October 7, 1961, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Norris and Genevieve Wingo.

She is survived by her sons Jim Noble (wife Emily) of Jefferson City, Missouri; Josh Noble (wife Paige) of Columbia, Missouri, and Justin Noble (wife Kimberly) of Macks Creek, Missouri. She is also survived by her grandchildren (Freya, Ashton, Genevieve, Carter, and Hunter), her brother Jeff Bartholomew (wife Laurie), her brother Joe Bartholomew (wife Jackie), her sister Deb Skica (husband Dan), her brother Robert Wingo (wife Patty) and her Aunt Madeline. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her favorite uncle Paul E. Kerr.

Judy grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.

Private services were held on February 22, 2024.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
