Judy Smith, 58 CANFIELD - Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, at the First Covenant Church, Boardman, officiated by Pastor Thomas Sharkey, for Judy Smith, 58, who passed away peacefully, Tuesday afternoon. Judy was born April 20, 1957, in Youngstown, a daughter of Evar and Betty McQuown Swanson. Growing up, Judy spent a lot of time at the First Covenant Church. She was a 1975 graduate of Boardman High School and had attended Youngstown State University. One of her greatest passions in life was working for Youngstown Kenworth, where she rose to the position of vice president of sales and had received several national sales awards. Judy loved to go camping, boating, spending time in the sun and snuggling with her granddog, Ellie. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Betty Swanson of Boardman; husband Tom, whom she married Sept. 4, 1981; two sons, Brett (Allison Begesda) Smith of Austin, Texas and Evan (Lauren Davila) Smith, at home; and a sister, Barbara (Steve) Marks of Boardman.
