Private services were held for Konstantina "Dina" Bunofsky,96, who passed away Thursday Morning, November 24, at Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman. Dina was born January 5, 1920 in Mytyline, Greece, a daughter of Anostos and Evangelia Vougarele, and came to the United States about sixty years ago. She was a homemaker and very proud of her Greek heritage. Her husband Bernard Bunofsky died in 1978 and she lost her son Paul Vallas in 2002. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Michael ( Mary ) Vallas; Connie ( Mike ) Bane; Arthur ( Colleen ) Vallas and Paul ( Tracy ) Vallas. She will also be greatly missed by her daughter-in-law Karen Vallas of Boardman; and her grandchildren Joel (Kayla) Vallas of Columbiana and Lisa Gaetano of Liberty. and several great grandchildren.
