Loretta B. Whitlinger, 75 Boardman- Loretta B. Whitlinger, 75, passed away Friday at the Hospice House in Poland. She was born Oct. 26, 1935, in East Vandergrift, Pa., the daughter of the late Bernard and Elizabeth Froncek Budzilek . She lived in Pittsburgh until 1949 when the family moved to Apollo, Pa. Loretta graduated from Apollo High School in 1953. While in high school she was a varsity cheerleader for the football and basketball teams. Following graduation she worked in Pittsburgh for the American Standard and Blue Cross and Blue Shield Companies.
