With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our loving mother and grandmother, Lou Ann Goist, who passed away peacefully at home on October 27, 2026.

Born on June 14, 1947, Lou Ann was the daughter of the late William and Erma (Thornton) Snyder. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, James, Billy, and Bobby; her sister, Kathy; and her beloved grandson, Bradley, who passed away in 2022.

Lou Ann was a devoted mother to her four children, Paul, Victoria, Robert, and Lisa. She was a loving grandmother to Brian, Brandon, Bradley, and Kara, and was blessed with many great-grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Throughout her life, Lou Ann always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a selfless, loving, and caring woman who made it her priority to ensure that everyone she loved was taken care of. Her family was her greatest joy, and she devoted her life to making sure they always felt loved and supported.

Of all her accomplishments, nothing made Lou Ann prouder than watching her grandchildren grow, find their way in life, and become successful. Their happiness and achievements meant more to her than anything else.

Lou Ann will always be remembered for her unconditional love, her generosity, and the countless ways she showed up for her family. She leaves behind a lifetime of beautiful memories and a legacy of love that will continue through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Though she is no longer with us, her love will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
