Funeral services will be 12 Noon Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, officiated by Rev. Russ Adams, for Luther P. Thomas, Sr., 74, of Youngstown, who passed away suddenly Tuesday evening.  Luther was born June 23, 1944 in Gatewood, West Virginia, a son of the late Earl and Virginia Thorne Thomas, Sr.  He worked for Emch Spring for 42 years.  Luther enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns, and spending time with his family.  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife the former Carolyn S. Tolley, whom he married July 23, 1968, children Luther (Lisa) Thomas, Jr., Theresa (William) Kelly, Charles (Heather) Thomas and William (Danyell) Thomas, 10 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.   Friends may call from 11 to 12 Noon Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
