Marcella M. Howard passed away peacefully at Meridian Arms Nursing home on Thursday November 23.

She was born October 15, 1941 in Springfield, Ill.

Marcella attended McDonald High School and had been a lifelong area resident.

She had worked at St. Elizabeth hospital in housekeeping for many years and then became a heart technician. She drove bus for Mahoning county MRDD retiring in 2005. Marcella belonged to the Joseph Knight tower girls card club.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Michael J. (Nancy) Howard of Canfield, whom Marcella made her home with. She leaves her daughter-in-law Karen Howard of GA., and Michael D. Howard of Canfield, father of her children. Her five grandchildren Riannon, Paige, Heather, Michael and Sydney Howard.

Marcella also leaves her siblings Midge, Donald, Debbie, Jim, Peggy and Tom, plus several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents Marcella was preceded in death by her son Denny Howard who passed in 2015.
