Obituary

Margaret M. (Yurick) Main, 90 There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Church in Boardman for Margaret M. Yurick Main, 90 who died on Monday July 15 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown. Margaret was born September 16, 1922 in Youngstown a daughter of Andrew and Anna Liptak Yurick and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She then moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a secretary and met her husband Earl Main of the Pulaski, PA area. In 1976 they moved to Las Vegas, where she enjoyed bingo, gambling at the casinos and showing the city to her family members who came to visit her. A stroke forced her to return home to Ohio in February 2012 and she made her home at the Woodlands Assisted Living in Poland since then, where she enjoyed bingo, music and laughing with the staff and her family members who came to visit her. She met all of the hardships that were dealt to her with humor and optimism. She leaves six nephews and five nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl, sisters, Ann Dietz, Victoria Bacha, Mary Garasic and Helen Beckner; brothers Joseph and Dr. Edward Yurick; brothers-in-law Frank Dietz, Michael Bacha and Steve Garasic; sister-in-law Margaret Yurick. Her family would like to thank the staff of the Woodlands for their fun and loving care and the staffs of Greenbriar and Beeghly Oaks for their kindness during her therapy. Friends and family may call from 9 a.m to 9:50 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Church.
