Margaret A. Peoples, 83 BOARDMAN - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, officiated by Rev. Lew Voisey, for Margaret A. Peoples, 83, who passed away peacefully Monday afternoon. Margaret was born March 12, 1932, in New Philadelphia, the youngest child of Gibson and Grace Brown Carlisle. She was a 1950 graduate of New Philadelphia High School and worked in the card department of J.C. Penny's at the Southern Park Mall. Margaret was a member of the Cornersburg Happy Seniors and the J. C. Penny's Retirees. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in law and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her husband , Jack D. Peoples, whom she married on Aug. 28, 1955, passed away Oct. 6, 1998. She leaves to cherish her memory, her three children, David Peoples, Patti Gallo and Bill Peoples; seven grandchildren Jeff, Eric and Jackie Gallo, Jennifer and Elizabeth Peoples, Colin Frost, Kelly and Katie Peoples; and one great grandchild Damir Peoples. Besides her husband, Margert was preceded in death by three brothers, Chet, Bob and Don Carlisle; and two sisters, Deloris Smith and Pauline Waltz.
