Maria Semankiw, 88 STRUTHERS---Services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman and 10:15 a.m. in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Youngstown, for Maria Semankiw, 88, who died Tuesday morning at Hospice House. Mrs. Semankiw was born May 22, 1919, in the Ukraine. She was a homemaker, a member the church and its Saint Ann's Guild. Besides her husband, Gregory Semankiw, whom she married February 12, 1946, she leaves a son, Roman Semankiw of Struthers and a daughter, Gerri (Tom) Bickerton of Vienna, VA; and two grandchildren, Laura Bickerton and Patrick Bickerton. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, where there will be a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
