Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Yeager, 74, of Canfield passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon with her family by her side.

Betsy was born June 3, 1944 in Youngstown, daughter of Fred and Katherine (Tyrrell) Kelly. She was a 1962 graduate of Rayen High School and was a member of St. Michael's Parish in Canfield.  Betsy enjoyed music, traveling, gardening, and watching Triple Crown horse racing.  Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family.   She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Michael J. Yeager, Jr., whom she married November 4, 1965, sons Michael J. (Amy) Yeager and Brian P. (Lisa) Yeager, brother Fred Kelly, sister Grace Ann Crump, and grandchildren Caroline Yeager, Michael Yeager IV, and Julianna Yeager.  Besides her parents, Betsy is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Kelly.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Terrence Hazel at 10 A.M. Thursday at St. Michael's Church, Canfield.
