Mary Agnes Collins, 93 VIENNA - There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at noon Saturday at St. Edward Church, celebrated by Msgr. Robert Siffrin for Mary Agnes Collins, 93, who passed away Tuesday morning at Autumn Hills Care Center. Mary Agnes was born July 2, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of Edward and Agnes May O'Hara and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from The Rayen School and Youngstown Business College. She was a homemaker and worked in the county micro-film department and was a secretary for the county commissioners and the Green Team. She was a member of the Gaelic Society, and was past secretary and treasurer for the Youngstown branch of the democratic party. She enjoyed her Irish heritage and St. Patrick's Day events, vacationing, especially to Panama City Beach, but most of all, spending time with her family. Her husband, Henry J. Collins, died on Aug. 3, 1976. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Jeanne M. (Jim) Fisher of Austintown and Janice Foley of Vienna; daughter-in-law Joan Collins of Youngstown; a brother, Donald O'Hara of Liberty; five grandchildren, Kerry (Ryan) Smith of Cranberry Township, Pa., Jim (Kristin) Fisher of Mineral Ridge, Jill (Brian) Felton of Gibsonia, Pa., Jeff (Tara) Fisher of Austintown, and Kasey Foley of Cleveland; seven great-grandchildren, Sammi Fisher, Addi Fisher, William Felton, Collin Felton, Henry Felton, Liam Fisher and Ava Fisher; some dear friends, near and far, who were family; and her dogs, Betsy and Stanley. Besides her parents and husband, Mary Agnes was preceded in death by her son, Patrick H. Collins; her son-in-law, Phillip Foley; three brothers, Jackie, James and Edward O'Hara; and five sisters, Ruth McKenna, Darlene Rafferty, Dorothy McGuire, Eileen Mack and Blanche Stuckey. Her family would like to thank the staff at Autumn Hills Care Center for the loving care they extended to Mary Agnes. Friends may call from Saturday 10 to 11:45 a.m. at St. Edward Church, 240 Tod Lane, Youngstown, prior to the service.
