Youngstown, Mary F. McElwee, 85 Funeral services will be 12:30 Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, for Mary F. McElwee, 85 of Youngstown, who passed away Friday afternoon. Mary was born Sept 2, 1926 in North Lima, a daughter of Joseph and Catherine Tymeczko Kozicki. She was a Woodrow Wilson High School graduate and operated Factory Fabric, making drapes and pillows. Mary was a avid bowler and loved to sew and make dresses as well as decorate cakes. She was a member Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas Church. Her husband Andrew J "Whitey", whom she married March 9, 1945, passed away November 11, 2004. She leaves to cherish her memory , her daughter Maureen Alteno, two sisters Anna Czarnecki and Roberta Seman , three grandchildren John Alteno, Andrew Alteno and Shaun McElwee , a great grand daughter Isabelle Alteno and two sisters-in-law Patricia Skarbinski and Regina Kozicki. Besides her husband and parents, Mary is preceded in death by a son Robert McElwee , four brothers Walter Skarbinski, Stanley Kozicki, Joe Kozicki and Andrew Kozicki and a sister Helen Voelker.
