Mary Patricia Romine, 59 SKANEATELES, N.Y. - There will be prayers at noon Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Fox Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m at St. Patrick Church in Youngstown, celebrated by the Rev. Edward Noga, for Mary Pat Romine, 59, who passed away Saturday at her home. Mary Pat was born in Youngstown Oct. 21, 1954, to Dale and Mary Jane Romine. She graduated from Ursuline High School in 1972 and from Youngstown State University in 1976. She worked most of her life in retail with May Dept. Stores, Carlisle Dept. Stores and retired from the JCPenney Co. in 2003. Mary Pat was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband, Curtis Finley; her daughter, Elizabeth Romine (John Clemenzi); grandchildren Grace Romine, Kathryn Clemenzi and John "Jack" Clemenzi; stepdaughter Jessica Finley; sisters Jane Orr (Allan), Catherine "Cate" Romine, and Martha Romine (Earl Calvin); and several nieces and nephews. Besides he parents she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Valenage and grandson Samuel Clemenzi. Friends and relatives may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, and from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Fox Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. in Boardman. Burial will follow the Mass at Forest Lawn Memorial in Youngstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org) or the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (www.ocrf.org). Her love for her family had no bounds. Her kind heart will be missed by all.
